I consult with motivated individuals who are committed to improving their health, working with each client to develop customized protocols that fit into the context of real life to get real results, like resolving resistant eczema, pre-diabetes, anxiety, and chronic IBS, to name a few. Clients learn to prioritize the areas of their lives where small shifts create great change, and together we build lifestyle foundations that support lasting results.
Individual consultations begin with a 60 minute intake session that includes a detailed initial interview and analysis of your health history, concerns, and current lifestyle. Together, we identify priorities, set goals, and create an action plan. Each client walks away with a protocol that includes personalized nutritional therapy and lifestyle recommendations. It addresses both short and long term goals and provides specific tools and resources to achieve them.
Check in calls are 30 minute calls, initially recommended every 1-2 weeks to review progress, answer questions, and enhance your protocol to keep you on the path to achieving your goals. They can be booked a la carte or with a package.
Monthly packages are a more cost effective way to book time with me if you want to commit to an ongoing partnership. They are available for 3 and 6 month engagements and include 2 monthly check-in calls. Monthly packages are subject to availability and can be discussed following the initial consultation. Ultimately, my goal is to give you the tools and information you need to put you in control on the path to your health goals.
